Social Media Analyst

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a social media analyst, a typical day might include the following:

• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research

• Creating fun and social media driven videos and targeting the right audience by doing so

• Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages

• Generate, edit and publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages or promotes social media connections for the brand.

• Optimize company pages within each social media platform, to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best  practices and then acting on the information

• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases  presence on existing platform – Facebook

• Research and monitor activity of company competitors

 This job might be for you if:

• You have a creative mind and excellent story telling skills through videos, which would reach masses.

• You are an active user of all social media platforms, and have a clear understanding of how to manage social media content/pages in different platforms.

• You have solid experience in working with digital technology and video editing software packages

• You have thorough knowledge of timing and continuity in videos

• You can enhance any picture with amazing Photoshop skills

• You are motivated and driven, you volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked, you’re going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.

• You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing it right every single time

• You are good at working remotely

• Good at Content writing

• Understanding of HTML to design pages for Web promotions

• Having proven work experience in  social media marketing
