What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Social Media Analyst who can own Quicko's presence across every platform — someone who is as comfortable reading performance data as they are writing a caption, scripting a reel, or spotting a trend before it peaks. You understand how each platform works, what its audience wants, and what it takes to turn tax and finance into content people stop and actually engage with.

What will you be doing?

• Developing and maintaining a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube to drive consistency and timely delivery.
  

• Scripting and storyboarding short-form videos, reels, and threads — from the first idea to the final post.
  

• Writing captions, hooks, and platform-native copy that fits the format, the audience, and the moment.
  

• Tracking KPIs and analysing performance metrics across platforms to identify what's working and where to improve.
  

• Staying on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends to keep content relevant and timely.
  

• Coordinating with video editors, designers, and subject matter experts to ship content that looks good and gets the details right.
  

• Appearing on camera for reels, explainers, and other video formats where needed.
  

Bonus to have

• Experience using AI tools to brainstorm, draft, or speed up content production.
  

• Familiarity with fintech, personal finance, or tax content.
  

• A good sense of humour.

What will you need to succeed at Quicko?

• Comfortable on camera, with clear delivery in both English and Hindi.
  

• Knows how LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube work — not just as a user, but as someone who understands formats, audiences, and what performs.
  

• Can read data: look at a dashboard, identify what's performing, and translate that into a clear next step.
  

• Eager to learn production basics — framing, lighting, audio, and editing — even if you're not there yet
