presence and communications. This includes creating engaging content,
managing social media accounts, monitoring analytics, and ensuring
consistent messaging across digital platforms. The role requires
excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to
the latest digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages, ensuring timely responses.
- Build and manage an online community, fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers.
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create high -quality content that aligns with the brand voice.
- Stay up -to -date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand stays relevant and innovative.
- Develop content calendars and ensure content is aligned with promotional schedules, campaigns, and events.
- Communication & Brand Messaging:
- Develop clear and consistent messaging for both internal and external communication.
- Work with PR teams to create press releases and other communication materials as needed.
- Support brand storytelling efforts and ensure all communication reflects the company’s values and objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize content and strategies for better audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Crisis Management & Public Relations:
- Handle sensitive communications, ensuring the brand's reputation is maintained, especially during negative incidents.
- Coordinate with PR teams to manage media relations and improve brand perception.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate
with other departments (marketing, customer service, sales) to ensure
messaging consistency and support company goals.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, or other external teams to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in video content creation or editing.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing or community building.
