Looking for a highly creative and skilled Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist, WFH (Remote) from Mumbai location (UK shift). 

They will have the ability to manage multiple brands across various industries, primarily focusing on IT services, Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security, as well as Hair and Makeup and Hair Oil products. The role will involve strategizing and implementing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business goals.

Job Responsibilities:  

Social Media Management:  

• Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.  

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and businesses.  

Content Creation: 

• Create compelling content tailored to specific platforms, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and case studies.  

• Generate content relevant to IT services, as well as Hair and Makeup and Hair Oil products.  

• Audience Engagement: 

• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.  

• Engage with the community to create a strong online presence.  

Analytics: 

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and native social media analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.  

• Generate monthly reports outlining key performance indicators and return on investment.  

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: 

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.  

Mandatory Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.  

• Proficiency in content management systems and design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other content creation tools  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
