Social Media Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation.
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
• Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Developing, launching, and managing new competitions and planning campaigns accordingly so that it helps in promoting the organization and our brand.
• Analyze competitor activity.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
• Undertake audience research.
• Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Create a review conversion funnel and automatically ask, remind and guide customers through the funnel.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Deciding on the content that needs to be focused on and examining and describing what forms of content are most comfortable right now.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Should have at least 1 year of experience in managing corporate accounts with an agency
• Passionate, Energetic, Hard Working, Punctual, Professional and Ethical
• Extrovert, Outgoing, Good at Conversations, and a team player
• Result-orientated and able to meet deadlines
• Creative, with a passion for storytelling & brand-building.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker.
