We’re looking for a Passionate Social Media Content Creator who can create high -quality images and short videos, understands social media marketing (SMM) fundamentals, and is excited to work on multiple brands and industries, from local businesses to global clients. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and client teams to produce content that’s engaging, on -brand, and performance -focused.
Hands -on exposure to global brand standards and multi -client campaigns
Content creation across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, Google Business, WhatsApp creatives
Create content that converts (leads, inquiries, visits, sign -ups)
Real -world experience with campaign calendars, launches, events, and seasonal promotions
Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of design + video work with measurable outcomes
Create scroll -stopping social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, thumbnails)
Produce short videos: reels, shorts, promos, event snippets, product explainers (basic motion/editing)
Ensure content follows brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone, logo usage) for each client
Assist in building and maintaining a content calendar
Write or support with captions, hashtags, and basic content hooks tailored to each platform
Prepare creatives in correct sizes/aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs (offers, updates, product info, event details)
Handle feedback cycles and revisions quickly and professionally
Maintain an organized library of assets (project -wise folders, naming conventions, version control)
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and learn what works
Suggest improvements based on trends, audience response, and competitor benchmarks
1–2 years experience (internship + freelance + job experience all valid)
Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
Solid understanding of SMM basics: platform formats, engagement drivers, consistency, branding
Strong ability to create graphics and short videos
Working knowledge of tools like:
Canva (must)
Any of: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
Comfort with fast -paced work and multiple brands/projects
Basic knowledge of paid ads creatives (what makes a creative perform)
Basic copywriting sense (hooks, CTAs, short captions)
Familiarity with content planning tools (Sheets/Notion/Trello/Zoho)
On -site role with 10 AM – 7 PM IST
Some flexibility required for project deadlines, event coverage, and client needs (occasionally outside standard hours)
Professional behavior, punctuality, and consistent output quality are expected
Work on local + global clients with strong exposure and learning
Creative ownership with mentorship and growth path
Certificate/recognition for major campaign contributions
Portfolio -friendly projects (branding, product promos, event campaigns, video reels)
Friendly team environment and opportunity to grow into Social Media Specialist / Creative Lead
