Job Description - Social Media Executive

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions

Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics

Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

Manage the social media calendar and ensure regular posting

Support in paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required

Suggest new ideas and innovations to enhance the brand's digital presence

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

0-1 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices

Proficiency in content creation (Text, Images, Videos)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital storytelling

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Social Media, and Content Creation.

Knowledge of social media trends in EdTech Industry.
