Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and trend-driven Senior Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis, with the ability to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Create and oversee high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Utilize tools such as Canva and CapCut to produce engaging visual and video content.
• Stay updated on trends, viral content, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
• Identify and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and formats to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations and support UGC (user-generated content) initiatives.
• Monitor community engagement and ensure timely responses while maintaining brand tone.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement improvements to enhance performance.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility through data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong command of Canva, CapCut, and social media analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and digital culture.
• Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience managing campaigns, influencers, and cross-functional coordination.
