Social Media Executive

●       Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

●       Video Editing & Content
Creation: Create and edit engaging short-form videos,
reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia content.

●       LinkedIn Management: Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, create professional posts,
support personal branding initiatives, and improve audience engagement.

●       Content Planning: Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with
company objectives and branding guidelines.

●       Creative Development: Design social media creatives, graphics, carousels, and other visual
content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

●       Copywriting: Write compelling captions, post descriptions, hooks, and content
aligned with the brand's tone of voice.

●       Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other
relevant performance metrics.

●       Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content
formats to improve engagement and visibility.

●       Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, understand business
requirements, and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements

●       1.5–2 years of hands-on experience
in social media management and content creation.

●       Strong video editing skills,
particularly for reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.

●       Practical experience managing
LinkedIn pages and creating professional content.

●       Good understanding of social media
algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform analytics.

●       Proficiency in video editing tools
such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

●       Working knowledge of Canva or
other graphic design tools.

●       Strong written communication and
creative thinking skills.

●       Ability to manage multiple
projects, meet deadlines, and maintain content quality.

●       A portfolio or samples of
previously managed social media accounts, creatives, and edited videos are
preferred.
