Job Description - Social Media Manager

Lead and mentor a diverse team of copywriters, social media specialists, and influencers marketing professionals.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and client requirements.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring effective utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
Drive communication and collaboration within the team to foster a creative and cohesive work environment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Stay up -to -date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in social media marketing.
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on campaign progress.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare insightful reports for clients and senior management.
Work closely with cross -functional teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
Continuously assess and improve the team's performance, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in handling and leading a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively
Compassion, strong team -building skills, and a supportive attitude Intent to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the social media team.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering successful results
In -depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
Ability to showcase exceptional results in social media marketing campaigns.
Willing to work in a fast -paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines
Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
