About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who is not just a manager but a content creator at heart. The ideal candidate should understand platform algorithms, create engaging content, and build a strong brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube


• Develop reels, short videos, and trend-based content aligned with brand voice


• Monitor social media trends and implement them creatively


• Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies


• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement


• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, hiring content, and branding


• Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement

Requirements (Must Criteria)

• Minimum 5000+ followers on personal or professional social media account


• Proven experience in content creation (Reels, Shorts, Viral Content, etc.)


• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior


• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)


• Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box


• Strong communication and storytelling skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience in personal branding or growing a page organically


• Knowledge of meme marketing and viral content strategies


• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
