Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day -to -day activities across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement rates and grow followers organically
  
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using social media analytics tools
  
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  
• Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
  
• Identify relevant influencers and manage end -to -end collaboration processes
  
• Handle influencer outreach, communication, and campaign execution
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
• Generate performance reports and suggest optimization strategies
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  
• Expertise in community engagement and audience interaction
  
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
  
• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships
