About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our presence across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  

• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
  

• Write engaging captions, copy, and basic creative briefs for designers.
  

• Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize for ROI.
  

• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community.
  

• Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
  

• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
  

• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing.
  

• Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  

• Working knowledge of paid social advertising.
  

• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
  

• Basic understanding of graphic/video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
  

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  

• Familiarity with design/video editing software.
