Responsibilities:

Droom isn't your average car company, and neither should our social media be! We're looking for a creative wordsmith with the social media savvy of a cheetah on Red Bull to join our growing team.

Basically, you'll be the:

  • Meme Master: Crafting hilarious car-themed memes that will have our audience hitting that like button faster than a Tesla on Ludicrous Mode.
  • Content Connoisseur: Cooking up engaging content that goes beyond just car specs. Think carpool karaoke challenges, quirky car hacks, and maybe even a dog dressed as a tire (don't judge, it will be cool).
  • Trend Tracker: You'll sniff out the hottest social media trends quicker than a bloodhound on a scent and weave them into our content like a master weaver (of awesomeness).
  • Community Catalyst: Sparking conversations, answering questions, and making our followers feel like they're part of the coolest car club ever (because they are!).
  • Data Decoder: You won't be scared to dive into the social media analytics and use the insights to make our content even more epic-er.
  • But wait, there's more!

  • You'll also be working closely with our design team to create killer visuals that ensure brand consistency across all our social media channels.
  • We're big on measuring success, so you'll be whipping up regular reports to evaluate the impact of our social media initiatives.
  • And that's not all! We need you to:

  • Develop a treasure trove of creative content and display ads that perfectly capture our brand message.
  • Be a brainstorming pro, assisting in all aspects of brand-related projects, from concept to execution, research, promotion, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with online communities and bloggers to expand our reach.
  • Oversee the design of everything from Facebook cover photos and profile pics to thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profiles, and even blog visuals.
  • Because results matter:

  • You'll be compiling reports for management that showcase the return on investment (ROI) of our social media efforts.
  • Be a brand champion:

  • Become an advocate for Droom in social media spaces, engaging in conversations and answering questions with confidence.
  • Show us your strategic chops:

  • Demonstrate your ability to map out winning social media marketing strategies, test different approaches, and measure results for continuous improvement.
  • Customer feedback matters:

  • Develop a system to capture valuable customer reviews online and monitor online ratings, responding accordingly.
  • Stay ahead of the curve:

  • Continuously monitor trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design, and strategy. This is your chance to become a social media guru!
  • Identify and address potential issues:

  • Keep an eye out for user-generated content related to Droom, identifying both threats and opportunities. We'll work together to address any concerns.
  • Learn from experience:

  • Analyze past social media campaigns, translating feedback and data into actionable plans for future success.
  • Become a social media metrics master:

  • Stay on top of the latest industry benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. You'll be analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness to maximize results.
  • Bonus Points if you:

  • Can quote movie car chase scenes with frightening accuracy.
  • Have a hidden talent for car origami (folding car instructions out of paper, not actual origami cars...yet).
  • Can hold a conversation about the best way to parallel park (because let's be honest, it's a skill).
