To design, implement, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with the organization’s values, business strategy, and statutory requirements, while creating a positive impact on society and strengthening the company’s reputation.

1. CSR Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute CSR strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Identify focus areas such as education, environment, healthcare, community development
• Ensure alignment with statutory CSR requirements (e.g., Companies Act in India, if applicable)

2. Program Management:

• Plan, implement, and monitor CSR projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and partners
• Track project outcomes and ensure timely execution

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, communities, NGOs, and external agencies
• Represent the company in CSR forums and community engagements
• Handle employee volunteering programs

4. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with legal CSR requirements and policies
• Maintain CSR documentation, budgets, and reports
• Prepare annual CSR reports and impact assessments

5. Budget & Fund Management:

• Manage CSR budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization
• Track fund utilization and ensure transparency in spending

6. Communication & Branding:

• Promote CSR initiatives internally and externally
• Work with communication teams to showcase impact stories
• Enhance company brand through social initiatives

7. Monitoring & Impact Assessment:

• Evaluate effectiveness of CSR programs
• Measure social impact and ROI
• Suggest improvements based on data and feedback

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of CSR laws and frameworks
• Project management and stakeholder management
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and impact assessment capability
• High level of empathy and social awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tamil language in both written and speaking

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social sector
• Experience working in Corporate Team / community projects preferred
