Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a Mid-Level Social Science educator, full-time, at our Arsikere location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience, demonstrating a passion for teaching and contributing to the academic growth of our students. The role requires a strong foundational knowledge in social science along with the ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans. Qualifications And Skills

• B.ed (Mandatory skill) with a focus on social sciences to prepare and deliver subject-specific content effectively.
• TGT (Mandatory skill) certification to justify your expertise and capability in teaching students at the secondary level.
• Proven ability in research to advance educational techniques and enhance student learning experiences through evidence-based practices.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret student performance data, facilitating targeted instructional approaches for improvement.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to develop and implement rational and reflective approaches to classroom problem-solving.
