? WE ARE HIRING | SOFT COLLECTIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

? Location: Pune

? CTC: 3–6 LPA

? Experience: Freshers & Experienced
?Salary:

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 take-home

• Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 take-home

• Depends on last drawn salary and years of experience

We are looking for candidates with extremely excellent communication skills for a Soft Collections & Customer Service process.

?️ Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Customer service skills

• Soft collections / payment follow-up

• Active listening and problem-solving

• Negotiation and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

? Benefits:

• Performance-based incentives

• Rotational week off – any 6 days in a month

• Multiple shift timings

? Login Timings:

• 4:30 PM

• 8:30 PM

• 1:30 AM
