Soft Service Executive

Experience of 5+ years in managing HK for residential apartment of 500+ units

·      Manage a team of 6 supervisors and 50+ HK staff, 10+ garden staff

·       To ensure Housekeeping schedule, deployment and checklist is in place

·       Report to client and FM on the daily.weekly, monthly status

·       Ensure machine cleaning deployment is done as planned. 

·       Knowledge on various HK machineries, tools

·       Train the Supervisors on HK operations

·       Identification, on time closure and reporting of snags

·       Close HK compliants received from residents

·       Handle escalations related to HK compliants

·       Present MMR for Softservices
