Job Description - Software Developer

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions with a strong focus on code quality and

best practices.

2. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into

robust technical solutions.

3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper documentation.

4. Optimize performance and ensure reliability of backend services and system components.

5. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where needed.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues quickly.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of professional software development experience.

2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Golang, or similar).

3. Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

4. Deep understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, design patterns,

scalability).

5. Experience with building backend services and APIs.

6. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have

1. Experience with Node.js and Node-RED.

2. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

3. Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
