Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

Website Management:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate and customer-facing websites—planning, development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.


• Continuously monitor site performance metrics such as uptime, response time, and traffic patterns, identifying issues before they impact end users.


• Conduct regular health checks, vulnerability assessments, and performance optimization activities to maintain high standards of availability and security.


• Troubleshoot production issues promptly and implement permanent fixes to ensure seamless user experience with minimal service disruptions.


• Coordinate website updates, banner changes, content modifications, UI/UX enhancements, and feature upgrades in collaboration with design, business, and marketing teams.


• Ensure compliance with organizational branding, security policies, and industry best practices.

Skillset: React JS, Azure, Web Hosting, Application Monitoring Tools

Application Management:

• Drive the full application development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.


• Develop highly responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS, ensuring exceptional user experience and adherence to modern design principles.


• Build reliable, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using the .NET Framework or .NET Core, integrating with databases, authentication services, and third-party systems.


• Maintain and refactor existing applications to improve performance, security, and code quality based on evolving business needs.


• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and support UAT and production validation cycles.


• Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure delivery of sprint commitments with high code quality and documentation standards.


• Proactively identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and technical improvements, recommending solutions that enhance application stability and performance.

Skillset: React JS, .NET / .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Git, REST APIs, SQL

Integration Management (Infrastructure & Security Operations):

• Manage and validate DNS configurations, including A records, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to support application and website connectivity.


• Maintain SSL lifecycle management processes, including certificate monitoring, renewal handling, and troubleshooting certificate-related errors across environments.


• Work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams to align application deployments with enterprise-grade security controls and cloud architecture best practices.


• Monitor system health across Azure and on-prem environments to ensure availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.


• Support integration of applications with Microsoft 365 services, including authentication, email services, and collaboration tools.


• Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA) for incidents involving DNS, SSL, hosting, or infrastructure, and help implement preventive measures.


• Ensure that all integrations, deployments, and configurations adhere to compliance standards, data protection policies, and security regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in full stack development, application support, cloud operations, or related IT roles.


• Strong hands-on programming expertise in js and .NET, including experience in building scalable front-end interfaces and backend services.


• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, server logs, and automated deployment tools (Azure DevOps preferred).


• Knowledge of cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Function Apps, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring suites.


• Strong understanding of DNS, web hosting, SSL certificate management, and basic networking concepts.


• Experience integrating applications with APIs, cloud services, authentication providers, and external platforms.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control using Git.

Preferred Certifications

• Certifications or training in React.js, .NET Development, Microsoft Azure, or related technologies.


• Additional certifications in cloud security, DevOps, or web development will be considered a plus.
