Software Developer

• Develop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho tools.
  
• Customize modules and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
  
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
  
• Write Deluge scripts for automation, data manipulation, and custom functions.
  
• Troubleshoot and support Zoho applications, resolving bugs and performance issues
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  
• Maintain clear documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
  
• Stay updated with Zoho product changes and apply best practices.

• Work closely with operations, sales, and support teams to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Zoho Creator (forms, reports, workflows, subforms, Deluge scripting).
  
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM (custom modules, layouts, automation, blueprints, workflows).
  
• Experience in Zoho ecosystem apps (Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, etc.).
  
• Expertise in Deluge scripting for automation and custom functions.
  
• API integration skills (REST APIs, JSON, webhooks) to connect Zoho with third-party apps.
  
• Familiarity with custom widgets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced UI/UX in Zoho.
  
• Database concepts and data migration between systems.
  
• Basic understanding of reporting & analytics within Zoho.
