Software Development Analyst

Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications on the Azure platform, leveraging cloud-native architectures. Conversation Design: Create and optimize conversational interfaces using Azure Bot Services and other conversational AI tools. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement and fine-tune NLP models to enhance machine understanding and user interaction. Generative AI: Develop and integrate generative AI models to produce human-like text based on specified inputs. AI/ML Integration: Apply machine learning algorithms and AI techniques to enhance application functionality and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, performing code reviews and maintaining best practices in coding and documentation. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application performance, security, and scalability. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and cloud technologies, continually enhancing your skillset and applying new knowledge to projects. Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Azure application development, with a strong focus on AI, ML, and NLP. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#. Experience with Azure services including Azure Bot Services, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
