Software Development Analyst

Roles \u0026 Responsibility. \nTeam member is responsible for the below listed activities. \n\u2022 Writes efficient, re-usable, optimal, and well documented code. \n\u2022 Designs, codes, tests and documents software programs for systems of the moderate to high complexity and engages in peer code reviews. \n\u2022 Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices \n\u2022 Participates in client/ external interactions on technical matters. \n\u2022 Drives engineering processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging. \n\u2022 Being a team player and adhering to project schedule. \n\u2022 Writing code enhancements and supporting existing code. \n\u2022 Providing guidance to junior developers in the team \n\u2022 Should have good logical skills and experience in delivering good quality code. \n\u2022 Provide software solutions to customer issues and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements / new tools. \n\u2022 Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to Identify potential tasks with production teams, customers and implement Robotic Process Automation including other applicable technologies for current and future application requirements\n\n\u2022 Technical Skills \nMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience as developer in Microsoft technologies(C#, VB.NET) \nHands on experience in SQL \n\u2022 Desired Skills\n\no Domain Knowledge: Healthcare, Banking \u0026 Financial, Supply Chain or Manufacturing \no BPO industry related domain background. \n
