You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to ensure we’re solving the right problems the right way. What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with the team to define, implement, and take ownership of the technical stack,
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on clean, efficient coding and effective debugging.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers to deliver seamless and performant applications.
- Design and build reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and ensure maintainability across projects.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, proactively identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.
- Implement best-in-class security practices and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Apply strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles to build robust, maintainable, and extensible systems
What you’ll bring to the role
- 3-5 years of experience in building large-scale products
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Expertise in Java and Spring or other relevant frameworks
- Knowledge of container management tools (docker-swarm, Kubernetes) is a plus. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or no-SQL databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
