If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).\n\nRoles and responsibilities: \n\u2022 Perform Incident, Service Requests and change Management ensuring timely resolution/implementation. \n\u2022 Performance Tuning and Design/Develop Preventive health checks/tools ensuring high availability integration environment. \n\u2022 Providing technical solutions to complex production issues ensuring timely resolutions. \n\u2022 Understand customer requirements, develop and evaluate alternative systems solutions. \n\u2022 Interacting with Application users and Business users coordinating on application requirements and providing software solutions. \n\u2022 Participate in Daily/Weekly Status Calls with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Jiras, Incidents, Service Requests and Changes, also provide the necessary solutions to client\u2019s queries. \n\u2022 Document software systems, SOP\u0027s, Runbooks according to NTT Data\u2019s system standards, policies, and procedures. \n\u2022 Plan, Participate and successfully handle/drive the application maintenance activities. \n\u2022 Good understanding of Shift management, client handling. \n\u2022 Work on tickets related to CI/CD. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. \n\u2022 Drive the upgrades/patching activities for Atlassian tool stack along with Nexus.\n\nSkills Required:\n\n\u2022 Application Support and Maintenance experience - L2/L3 Support \n\u2022 Hands on experience on SQL queries, must have RDBMS knowledge \n\u2022 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams over high visibility/critical issues. \n\u2022 Strong Unix/Linux knowledge along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. \n\u2022 Proficient in development or scripting languages (C,Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, Go) \n\u2022 Strong understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS). \n\u2022 Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, Kubernetes HPA, Container management. \n\u2022 Good understanding of Maven, with hands-on experience on Creation and modifying the builds. \n\u2022 Handson experience with Bamboo CICD, Defect management using Jira, know-how of confluence and Bitbucket/Stash. \n\u2022 Experience with ticket management and resolution tools like Jira and ServiceNow \n\u2022 Expertise in Monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace and log analysis tools like Splunk.
