Software Development Senior Specialist

Design and Development: Develop and maintain business processes using TIBCO iProcess Modeler, TIBCO Business Studio, and iProcess Workspace. Integration: Configure iProcess-BW connectors to integrate iProcess Engine with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and Enterprise Message Service (EMS). Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO iProcess Engine, iProcess Objects Server, and related components on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms. Troubleshooting: Monitor process execution, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical incidents related to TIBCO iProcess, BW, and EMS. Performance Tuning: Optimize iProcess Engine performance by tuning WIS (Work Item Server) and background processes User Management: Manage users, groups, roles, and work queues. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns Exposure to monitoring tools and production support models Engagement Type Offshore / Hybrid Long-term engagement
