Participation in Service introduction calls and effectively complete KT process Have experience in supporting for DR exercises Have understanding of the ITIL process Have the ability to handle production incident calls and war room calls. Good communication and coordination experience between teams. BFSI domain experience would be desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
