Application Monitoring & Performance (BFSI Focus) Analysis of applications and underlying technical stack for AppDynamics and/or other monitoring tool feasibility Implement AppDynamics for real time monitoring of banking applications, payment systems, and transaction flows. Regularly review & fine tune health rules, business transactions and other parameters to keep them relevant Analyze APM metrics to identify performance degradation impacting customer transactions or regulatory SLAs. Implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime for high volume financial systems. 5+ years of experience in AppDynamics (APM, custom dashboards, health rules). Good understanding of SRE concepts: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. Desirable proficiency in Splunk (SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, data ingestion). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Exposure to regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, SOX, RBI/EMEA guidelines). Exposure to automation/scripting tools e.g. Ansible, Python, Shell, Bash, PowerShell etc Experience with other monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Understanding of microservices and event driven architectures."
