Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building backend and frontend components for agentic system interfaces and workflows, integrating with existing tools and applications, and ensuring high-quality software through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable backend and frontend components for agentic systems.
  

• Design and implement integrations with existing tools, platforms, and third-party applications.
  

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python, Node.js, and React.js.
  

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless frontend-backend communication.
  

• Create intuitive and responsive UI/UX designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  

• Apply software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and agile methodologies.
  

• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and React.js.
  

• Proven experience in API development and integration.
  

• Solid understanding of backend development, including server-side logic, database interactions, and application architecture.
  

• Hands-on experience in UI/UX development and modern frontend technologies.
  

• Familiarity with frontend-backend integration and communication protocols (e.g., REST, WebSockets).
  

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in offshore or remote teams.
  

• Exposure to agentic systems or AI-driven workflows.
  

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
