Test Compp is searching for a passionate, skilled, and solution-focused Software Engineer to join our team. As Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development, from conceptualization to testing and launching of top-level software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and install software solutions to meet company objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code and improving existing one.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and security protocols.
• Review and debug code to meet quality standards and performance demands.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java, and C++ and familiarity with various operating systems and databases.
• Knowledge of coding techniques and principles of software architecture.
• Dedicated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration and Deployment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Detail oriented, with a commitment to accurate and high-quality work.
