Software Engineer

We are seeking skilled Data and Analytics Developers to support and extend our existing analytics capabilities. The current work is maintained by a team of five in-house developers, and we are looking to augment or outsource this function to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency. The role involves data pipeline development, dashboard/report creation, data modeling, and integration with business systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows. Build and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across multiple systems. Collaborate with in-house developers and analysts to align on data architecture and standards. Optimize data queries and storage solutions for performance and scalability. Provide technical documentation, version control, and regular updates on project progress. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics development, or BI. Proficiency in SQL and at least one ETL tool (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Talend, SSIS). Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schema). Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy practices. Version control using Git or other source control tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data deployment. Exposure to Python or R for data manipulation or statistical analysis. Knowledge of business domains such as finance, operations, or sales analytics.
