Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to building high-availability, fault-tolerant systems that support core e-commerce business operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Enhance system observability and debuggability through monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools such as Grafana, Loki, and Pinpoint.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability and production readiness.

  
  


• 
  

  Write clean, modular, and maintainable code aligned with software engineering best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Continuously optimize backend applications for performance, scalability, and uptime.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate actively in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor live production environments, troubleshoot critical issues, and proactively improve system health.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support seamless deployment and CI/CD automation.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  

  1–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java (8/11/17).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

  
  


• 
  

  Solid expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and JPA/Hibernate.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Pinpoint, or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture.

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of messaging systems including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication abilities with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset.
