Software Engineer – Web

• Deliver assigned modules/features with acceptable code quality and review readiness
  


• Build APIs/UI components aligned to project requirements and engineering standards
  


• Resolve defects within the expected turnaround time
  


• Contribute to documentation, estimation inputs, and testability of features
  


• Work effectively within sprint/release timelines and team review cycles
  

• Work closely with senior developers, architects, and project managers
  


• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  


• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and QA teams for smooth delivery
  


• Follow Git workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews)
  


• Participate in sprint activities (standups, planning, retrospectives)
  

• Write and maintain unit tests and basic integration tests
  


• Debug and resolve issues during development and testing phases
  


• Ensure application performance, reliability, and basic security standards.
  

• Stay updated with modern web technologies and frameworks
  


• Continuously improve technical skills
  


• Contribute to team knowledge sharing
  

Requirements

• Experience in at least one backend technology:
  


• PHP / Python / Node.js
  


• REST API development
  

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  


• Frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  

• MySQL / PostgreSQL
  


• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases
  

• Git version control
  


• Basic CI/CD exposure
