We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## Eligibility Criteria\n\n\u2022Years of Experience: Minimum 12 to 14 years of relevant IT and Automation Experience \n\u2022Job Experience: Hands-on experience as a Lead RPA Expert, providing technical leadership and solution architecture using \nPower Platform and Automation Anywhere. \n\u2022Educational: BE / BTech / MTech \u2013 Computer Science or related engineering stream\n\n## Primary Responsibilities\n\nPrimary Responsibilities: \n\u2022Design scalable, reusable, secure, and high\u2011performance automation frameworks \n\u2022Lead solution design, perform feasibility analysis, and recommend optimal automation approaches \n\u2022Define automation architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across the organization \n\u2022Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for enterprise\u2011grade automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) and Automation Anywhere \n\u2022Implement solutions in vision of Agentic Process Automation \u2013 Hyper \u0026 Intelligent Automation, with efficient AI agents working with Mutli-Bot Architecture for Real-time adaptation \n\u2022Lead and mentor automation developers \n\u2022Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high\u2011quality deliverables \n\u2022Drive platform upgrades, feature adoption, and roadmap planning \n\u2022Integrate automations with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and cloud services \n\u2022Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development of automation resources \n\u2022Own end\u2011to\u2011end solution delivery from requirement analysis through production deployment \n\u2022Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, Provide effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical risk assessment \n\u2022Keep up to date with Industry standards of Automation releases in respective tools of RPA technology for applying to improve solutions in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap \n\u2022Upgrade / Migrate Lower version automation to higher version of Automation Power Automate \u0026 Automation Anywhere \n\u2022Deliver quick POCs to perform feasibility study in providing solutions to complex problemson to design and architecture, working closely with product teams, and owning specific aspects of feature development.\n\n## Mandatory Skills\n\n\u2022 6+ Yrs of hands-on experience as Automation lead in solutioning end-to-end lifecycle automation solutions with Power Automate Cloud \u0026 Desktop. Hands-On working experience in Power Automate \u0026 its AI Builder, Copilot, Automation Anywhere (VA360 \u0026 above) \n\u2022Certification: PL500, PL400 / PL900.
