• 4 to 7 years of software engineering and product delivery experience.
• Demonstrated success in software development, having built complex products.
• Proficiency in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, Go), with the ability to quickly learn new coding languages as required.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and strong command of object-oriented principles.
• Expertise in building scalable and high-performance systems, including caching strategies, load balancing, and optimising database queries.
• Possess a unique spark that sets you apart, along with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly.
• Quick learner, capable of acquiring new coding languages efficiently.
• Comfortable collaborating in a team that navigates ambiguity on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts.
• Possess multi-dimensional skills that contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Interesting hobby projects, open-source contributions, etc
• Sharing of knowledge - via either formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects

Interviews: You will go through 3-4 rounds of interviews with our tech and leadership team.

Assessment: Alongside evaluating your technical and coding experience, we will assess your GCA (General Cognitive Ability), articulation abilities, attitude, and cultural fit.
