We are
looking for a Software Engineer (Rust) who is strong in backend
development and has a good understanding of system design concepts,
scalability, and cloud -native patterns.

This is a hands -on
engineering role where you will build production services, contribute to
system design discussions, and work closely with senior engineers and
cross -functional teams.

Requirements

2+ years of backend software
development experience
Hands -on experience with Rust (async/await, concurrency concepts)
Understanding of distributed systems
fundamentals (scalability, latency, fault tolerance)
Experience or exposure to Kafka or
streaming platforms
Knowledge of API design principles and
security concepts
Familiarity with AWS cloud services
Experience with NoSQL databases and caching
fundamentals
Strong problem -solving skills and eagerness to
learn system design at scale

Preferred Skills:

Exposure
to IoT or telemetry platforms
Experience
in other tech stacks like Python, Node
Understanding
/ experience with relational database systems.
Kubernetes
(EKS) exposure
Prior
experience in early stage or scaling startups
