What we ask for:

1. Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. 


2. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. 


3. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. 


4. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications.  


5. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. 


6. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Should have strong technical background in React.JS, Javascript


2. Build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using React.js


3. Good understanding of data structure and algorithms


4. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design.


5. Experience with Redux / Context API or other state management solutions


6. Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies


7. Ability to convert UI/UX designs into functional, user-friendly applications


8. Should be familiar with Domain Driven Design


9. Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders


10. Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business


11. Good communications skills


12. Prior work experience in the product engineering/development. 


13. Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech. 

Education background:  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
