Software Engineering Specialist

6-10 years of hands on experience with M6/Metasolv (Oracle Metasolv Solution). Strong understanding of M6 functionality , Intergration points , different work flows. Strong functional understanding of Order Management, Order fallouts and resolution techniques. Ability to perform order reflow and drive orders to successful completion. Solid knowledge of M6 database structure, key tables, and SQL queries. Experience analyzing logs, workflows, and system behavior to identify issues. Familiarity with integration touchpoints (e.g., provisioning, CRM, billing) within the M6 ecosystem. Good communication skills and ability to work as the focal point between technical teams and business stakeholders. Basic knowledge of Siebel CRM, particularly its interaction with M6 order flows. Understanding of telecom service fulfillment processes. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and drive issue resolution with minimal supervision.
