Software Engineering Specialist (Generative AI) (SAP BO)

Proven experience working in collaborative development teams delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Strong proficiency in backend development (Python or similar) and modern frameworks. Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) and AI-assisted development practices. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployments on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - building and deploying applications for K8s environments is essential. Ability to design secure, scalable, and performant systems. Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vectorization techniques, and Vector Databases. Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment. Understanding of responsible AI principles and prompt engineering basics.
