Software Engineer(Lead)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in PTC Creo customization, CAD automation, and software development, along with the ability to support technical presales, customer demonstrations, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions and automation tools using Creo TOOLKIT, J-Link, or related APIs.
  
• Automate CAD modelling, drawing generation, model validation, and engineering workflows.
  
• Develop software applications and integrations using C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
  
• Integrate Creo with Windchill, PLM, and other enterprise systems.
  
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Creo customization solutions.
  
• Conduct technical demonstrations, develop POCs, and support presales activities.
  
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and effort estimations.
  
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5–8 years of relevant software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo customization and CAD automation.
  
• Proficiency in Creo APIs/toolkits and C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
  
• Knowledge of Windchill, PLM workflows, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
  
• Strong customer communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in technical presales, POCs, or solution consulting is an added advantage.
