Software Programmer(Golang)

We are looking for a passionate Go Backend Developer to join our 100% product development team focused on building innovative solutions for Go Application Performance Monitoring. This role offers an opportunity to work on research-driven, cutting-edge technologies while designing and developing scalable backend applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to build high-performance solutions that help customers identify and resolve application performance issues in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
  


• Build scalable product features for Go Application Performance Monitoring.
  


• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  


• Develop and extend Kubernetes components, including controllers and operators.
  


• Build and manage Kubernetes Operators using Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
  


• Create and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.
  


• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  


• Perform Linux administration tasks and automate processes using Bash scripting.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve backend application and production issues.
  


• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  


• Work with Git for source code management and collaborative development.
  


• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product capabilities.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Backend Development using Golang.
  


• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
  


• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core concepts.
  


• Experience developing Kubernetes Controllers and Operators using Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
  


• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
  


• Experience creating and managing Helm Charts.
  


• Good knowledge of Linux Administration and Bash Scripting.
  


• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
  


• Knowledge of Python or Java is an added advantage.
  


• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry libraries is preferred.
  


• Experience troubleshooting production issues in Go applications.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
