To follow disciplined software development practices.\n * Relies on previous experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Up to date on current and best practices related to software development.\n * Participates in maintenance and troubleshooting activities, testing process and test reviews.\n * Has a good working knowledge of variety of technical concepts, practice, and procedures.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Demonstration of problem-solving ability and innovation\n * Develop and write well documented code with test automation that meets the agreed design and code quality criteria\n * Deliver high performant and scalable code\n * Identify the performance/scalability hotspots and resolve\n * Perform peer code reviews as and when needed\n * Guide other team members\n\n\n\nRequired Skills and Knowledge:\n\n\u00b7\n\n * 3+ years\u2019 experience as individual contribution role as software developer.\n * Preference will be given to candidates with experience in enterprise-wide applications.\n * Bachelors/master\u2019s in computer science or related discipline\n * Very strong in Java/J2EE development and OOAD concepts\n * Very good reasoning, verbal and written communication skills\n\n\n\nPreferred Experience with following technologies:\n\n * Java\n * J2EE\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Computer Science\n * 2+ years of software industry experience\n\n\n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
