Software Technical Expert(GenAI Expert)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in GenAI, LLMs, and advanced machine learning. Deep expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs). Proven experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing large-scale GenAI solutions in production environments. Advanced proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and upskill engineering teams in GenAI technologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Architect scalable GenAI platforms and frameworks, ensuring robustness, security, and high performance. Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize model performance, and implement advanced debugging and monitoring solutions.
