Responsibilities:

2. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software program functionality.

3. Collaborate closely with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found during testing.

4. Document and report defects or bugs to developers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

5. Analyze and review user requirements and technical specifications to ensure test cases cover all possible scenarios.

6. Communicate test results, issues, or risks to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

7. Participate in software release activities, providing feedback on product readiness and quality.

8. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Stay current with new testing methodologies and technologies, adapting as needed.

10. Offer support and guidance to other team members on testing

activities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.

2. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

4. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in software testing.
