Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in testing mobile and web applications, with knowledge of CRM systems. You should be well-versed in automation testing, with a strong understanding of Python/JavaScript, APM software, and Selenium. A degree in BCA or B.Tech is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automation testing for mobile apps and CRM systems.
  




• Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure high-quality software.
  




• Perform annual testing cycles, identifying and reporting any issues.
  




• Utilize automation tools like Selenium and APM software to streamline testing processes.
  




• Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionality and create detailed test plans.
  




• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of test results and bug tracking.
  




• Participate in continuous improvement processes related to testing frameworks.
  

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Tech, or related field.
  




• 2-3 years of experience in testing applications and CRM systems.
  




• Proficiency in automation testing using Python and JavaScript.
  




• Strong knowledge of APM software and Selenium.
  




• Experience in manual testing and creating comprehensive test cases.
  




• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
