Job Description - Software Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software applications. Experience with Zoho applications and platforms is highly desirable, enabling effective testing of Zoho integrations and customizations. The candidate should be passionate about quality, possess strong analytical skills, and collaborate effectively with development teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance processes.

Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.

Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications.

Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
