Position: QA Tester

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester with around 1 year of experience in software testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our web, Windows, and mobile applications through effective manual testing and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Web, Windows, and Mobile applications.


• Understand business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.


• Execute functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.


• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.


• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders to resolve and retest defects.


• Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not impact existing functionality.


• Maintain proper test documentation and provide testing status updates.


• Analyze test results and ensure applications meet defined quality standards.


• Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing.


• Strong understanding of Manual Testing, STLC, and SDLC.


• Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.


• Good knowledge of defect reporting and tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.


• Hands-on knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and Smoke Testing.


• Basic understanding of SQL and API Testing will be an added advantage.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
