Software Tester ( Manual | Automation ) - ( 3 - 5 ) Years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test strategies, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Experience working in Agile environments and testing web-based SaaS applications is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.


• Perform Manual Testing for web and SaaS applications.


• Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.


• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, API, and Cross-browser Testing.


• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.


• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or other bug-tracking tools.


• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements.


• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and QA reviews.


• Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and STLC.


• Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.


• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.


• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress


• Experience in API Testing using Postman.


• Good knowledge of SQL for database validation.


• Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA management tools.


• Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, and Integration Testing.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing SaaS or B2B applications.


• Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like JMeter is an added advantage.


• Basic understanding of Git version control.


• ISTQB Certification is a plus.
