Solar Consultant

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3-6 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by conducting field visits for existing leads, identifying new prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers through consultative selling.
• Identify and develop new sales channels and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Engage prospects by understanding their energy needs and recommending suitable solar solutions, including upselling value-added services.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using CRM and sales management tools.
• Provide ongoing customer support, guidance, and post-sale assistance to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Suggest service enhancements and improvement opportunities to increase customer value and retention.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Support and execute on-ground marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, reviews, and team discussions to share insights and improve performance.
