About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the Renewable Energy sector, we specialize in utility-scale solar PV projects—delivering turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) solutions across India. Our team partners with developers, financiers, and government agencies to deploy megawatt-scale solar farms that power industries, cities, and grids. We’re scaling rapidly and seeking a driven Solar Sales Coordinator to bridge technical project execution with commercial sales momentum. Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end solar EPC sales cycles—from client onboarding and RFP response to contract finalization and handover to project delivery teams.


• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, BOQs, and feasibility summaries aligned with megawatt-scale project requirements.


• Act as the primary liaison between Sales Leadership, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal to ensure seamless proposal-to-execution handoff.


• Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline velocity, and contract status using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.


• Organize client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid presentations; maintain project documentation and compliance records.


• Support bid defense strategy by coordinating technical inputs, pricing validations, and risk assessment summaries.
